Third time using it. Stopped working. When I try charge light flashes for 10 seconds then all 3 lights go red and don’t change for long time. Take it off charger put cart in still doesn’t turn on. And keeps repeating. What do I do

The four different power mode allows flexibility on how I heat up my oil. However this product is unable to stand upright on its own. If you need to store your oil on an upright position that might be an issue. The button is quite sensitive too so recommended to have the item locked/turned off if not using
